Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

The Social Media Listening Analyst will design, conduct and deliver standard and custom social media reports. The Analyst will be responsible for hosting discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand the business need. The Analyst will translate this into built-in queries that will track social media activity for both internal teams and rival brands, initiatives, programs, goods, and events.

He or she dives deep into the data to uncover drivers of social buzz, and then translates the data into a compelling story. The analyst will be responsible for determining what information is significant and important before succinctly presenting it to the business so that it can base decisions on the reports..

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze social media conversations and trends related to our brand, products, and services
